Order processing time
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. I'm doing everything by myself, so I appreciate your patience while I prepare your order!

Shipping times
All items are shipped from the United Kingdom through Royal Mail, with a tracking number. 
  • Orders shipping within the United Kingdom will arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Orders shipping internationally will arrive (if the postal gods are on our side) within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs
  • Orders shipping to an address in the United Kingdom with an order value of £55.00 or more, have free shipping.
  • Orders shipping to an international address also qualify for free shipping for orders over a certain amount. Varies depending on the country, applies directly at checkout.
  • All other shipping fees will be calculated at checkout
  • Orders shipping to an international address are offered UPS shipping rates which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of products in your order.
  • The international custom costs are assumed by the buyer. There are no custom costs within the UK.
  • EU customer: Because of Brexit, you may have to pay Import VAT once the parcel has reached your country. This will typically be collected by the courier, who will also generally hold the parcel until payment is made.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Full refunds and are offered for regular priced merchandise. Contact me within 14 days of delivery. You’ll then have another 14 days to return the item. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns

  • The item must be in resaleable condition
  • The seal on the compostable bag must not have been opened

All custom illustrations are not eligible for returns.

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact me at so I can make these changes immediately.

Just like for returns, you are responsible for postage costs on exchanges. The item must be in resaleable condition and the seal on the compostable bag must not have been opened in order for me to accept the item. The new item will be sent upon reception of the exchanging item.

Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, I will ship a new order out immediately.
